I think it's a great spin on an old tale, with very nice flash animation. I think the music fits very well, and gives the flash a more spooky theme. I also like your anime style of drawing characters, but im not too keen on the huge teeth.

A nice snappy beat at the start, which is good. Then you move onto more complex beats, which don't go quite as well with the first part, but when you drop it back to the first beat again, it's great. Personally, I think this could be the intro to a song. Try and work with a vocal artist.

I agree with the comment below about it being blasted in a car, it would fit in quite nicely with anybodys repetoir of music. I liked the bass part at about 1:10, that was nicely done, but it needs vocals!
